About Me

After 25 years in finance I decided to take a career break prompting me to reflect on the four rapid IVF cycles I had recently undergone and wonder, could I have done anything more? Caught up in the furious pace of modern life I had accepted short term fixes for IBS, adrenal exhaustion and fertility issues never pausing to consider the root cause of my conditions.

I had been diagnosed with endometriosis a few years prior and after a laparoscopy was fortunate to conceive my son. I didn’t stop to consider that endometriosis was a medical condition and I certainly had no idea it could be managed through diet and lifestyle modifications. Consequently, I underwent numerous surgical procedures and failed IVF cycles over the next decade.

Determined to support the health of my family and myself I began my journey in holistic health. I was drawn to the ‘East meets West’ approach to wellbeing and qualified as a Kinesiologist and NLP practitioner before deciding a more science-based approach would suit me. I then studied Naturopathic Nutrition at London’s CNM, College of Natural Medicine, graduating as a Nutritional therapist.

My own history drives my passion to deliver tailored nutritional solutions empowering my clients to achieve their specific goals. Our bodies thrive when they are balanced and because we are all unique we are locked in our particular battles to maintain this equilibrium. I am committed to giving my clients the confidence and belief to support transformation, achieve balance, increase vitality and improve their quality of life.
